Stadeo has an opening for a Growth Engineer (SE Asia/Indonesia) at Dallas, Texas

Duties:
1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems tailored to the SE Asia/Indonesian market, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
2. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience for Indonesian users.
3. Conduct user testing, gather feedback from Southeast Asian users, and iterate on product features and designs to ensure a localized and user-centric approach.
4. Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding product-related technical matters in the Southeast Asian market.
5. Work closely with the product team to provide technical insights and recommendations, ensuring that product designs align with technical feasibility and requirements.
6. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify the needs of Southeast Asian users, market opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
7. Implement and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the Indonesian market.
8. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of product milestones tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
9. Work closely with the engineering team to provide clear guidance, resolve issues, and drive product development specifically tailored to Southeast Asian users.
10. Define and track key product metrics relevant to the Southeast Asian market, measuring product success and driving continuous improvement.
11. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand the product requirements for the Indonesian market and contribute to the product roadmap planning.
12. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps specifically designed for the Southeast Asian market, aligning them with company goals and local market trends.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 2 years of engineering experience
